I specialize in working one-on-one with adults on their specific problems. No problem is too small, and, if I can't help you, I can refer you to someone who can.

I understand. I have more than 20 years of experience working with computers and listening to people to determine the real problem, then tailoring information so the clients can resolve their own issues (of course, if you only want to have your problems--installing software, managing files, setting defaults--addressed, I can do that, too).

Because I understand how adults learn, each 90-minute session includes a free 10-minute follow-up phone call. I will come to you at no extra charge* within a 30-mile radius of Ames, Iowa area. The session fee is $50.
